Diabetic Diet Plan, But Obsessed With Cellulite?

by Paula Penn

Almost everybody, women especially, generally are disturbed by the term few like to mention: cellulite. Being obsessed with cellulite appears to be the latest woman-specific pastime. Save your breath! Don't you deserve to arm yourself with the right information before starting the war on unsightly fat?

I'm guessing you are not an infant, or in your teens, you may be in that "luckiest" remainder of the statistical findings that indeed, knows the word: cellulite, but are yet to show any interest in how to eliminate it. And then there are those of us, who live in the real world. Most females, no joke, who are the lucky owners of that easily recognizable uneven, dimpled, dare I say: 'cottage cheese' like epidermis (your skin) who are hoping to find an answer for the targeted cellulite you and I continue to fight to finally abolish, once and for all.

Mind you, as I see it, it's not fair. Of course, you haven't deliberately said, '..please, please, God, let me have more cellulite on my body, I'm begging you! - just a guess, right? But reality is definitely a problem. You've realized your hips, abdomen, lower back, legs, quads, the skin around and between, that are not normally prone to cellulite, but as you already know, have indeed caused you to be more self conscience and enough is enough, you want to take the necessary actions to get back in control.

Perhaps you are as as skinny as a toothpick, babble on to your best friends about all that you can eat with not a single reason to count calories, and have no reason to worry about one, discouraging pound to be gained as a result. As impossible as that sounds you are not out of the reach of cellulite. A lot of people just like you think they have no reason to worry, because they exercise, have no signs of trouble right now, and only eat foods that a 'certified' health nut would approve of, that said cellulite could care less, and it is almost inevitable it will be showing up like univited relatives during the holidays. Not welcome, of course. How to get rid of cellulite is an old problem that many people will twist their words, fight tooth and nail just to tantalize you of the miracle in a box, package or toothpaste like tube that is destined to fix cellulite difficulties without any work.

That upsets me.

To be honest, cellulite, at least how you and I think of it, those fatty deposits found in our body that we don't care for in the least, little bit, barely any of the 'advance sciences' now available are worth a dime.

There are hundreds of cellulite reducing products being promoted right now. And those who are quick to bad mouth everything, but one "miracle" product that they discovered, often have a direct hand in your potential sale. That kind of information that's looking out for you.

They keep screaming in our ear about how to get rid of cellulite: anti-cellulite cream , the perfect cellulite exercise, a cellulite treatment you'd 'kill' yourself not to have, putting their 'cellulite therapy" in a spa - implying an endorsement, wear anti cellulite swimsuits, cellulite removal via going under the knife, alternative cellulite treatments certain to have you driving yourself batty with the weird stuff you're told to slather on your skin, has 1 goal in mind: to make you throw money at whatever they are selling.

Or it might be that you've taken the hook, line and sinker for an oh so compelling customer interview, printed blurb from a health and diet magazine, before and after picture as proof that what they not so surprisingly are pushing onto you works - And guess what? - it melts away: fatty deposits, cellulite, cottage cheese, or whichever you prefer, or so they keep telling us.

Do not despair. Maybe I can do some good, and cut out cellulite myths and the totally outrageous, before this cellulite conundrum gets too big for it's own britches - oh, the irony. Quit being obsessed with cellulite.

Being someone who once didn't care about cellulite reduction, she ate what she want, while staying on course with healthy routine, diet and a demanding workout routine that includes: jogging, weights and swimming. But, that was then, she's concerned about now. Paula unfortunately found the beginnings of cellulite, began to search and unearth anything 'cellulite' related with intense focus, obsessed with cellulite, she'll openly admit to. The information exposed not only was discouraging, but unethical in their science. She's on an assignment to do something about the cellulite reducing scams, ludicrous claims and slickly marketed products both on the internet and in brick and mortar shops where you and she shop.
