Food Intolerance Test: Several Forms Of Allergies

by Keith Ferris

Many of the foods which find themselves into your daily diet may actually be, in essence, poisoning you, foods which can be found at any supermarket or restaurant. If you've been experiencing a greater then usual amount of gas, wind or bloating, it may be due to food allergies or intolerance.

Food allergies come in many forms; there is lactose intolerance (the inability to digest dairy products), peanut allergies, and many more. There are even cases where people have suffered from food intolerance their whole life without ever knowing it! This is particularly alarming because food intolerance has been linked to such conditions as migraines, eczema, asthma, chronic fatigue, and ibs (irritable bowel syndrome).

Many people suffer from a food intolerance to soybeans. The main problem they face is that soy products, including soybean oil or ground soy, can be found in many of the foods people eat, meaning, if you have a soy allergy, that you can be poisoning yourself every time you go out to eat! Processed foods are quite often prepared with soy-based preservatives, fast foods are cooked in soy oil and, to cut costs, some hamburgers even include soy beans.

In most cases, a food intolerance test is the best way to detect food allergies. The most effective form of food intolerance test is the ELISA IgG Blood Test, in which a few drops of blood are collected from a finger and tested for a reaction to specific foods.

A trip to the doctor is required for a food intolerance test involving long waits in the lobby and in the doctor's office also unsympathetic doctors and nurses, and an uncomfortable testing procedure. This can be avoided by using a new home intolerance test kit which has been developed in recent times which alleviates these inconveniences and is simple, quick and affordable providing results without the inconvenience and expense of a doctors visit.

Many conditions, including gas, bloating, eczema, asthma, chronic fatigue, or irritable bowel syndrome, may be symptoms of a food intolerance. If you are suffering from any of these conditions, don't worry, you can purchase a food intolerance test kit. Buying a taking a food intolerance test may help put your mind at ease and lead you to a better, happier life.
